How to build an Updatable BAQ for Part dimension fields.
Create a BAQ and set it to be updateable and shared
Add the Part Table in the Phrase build panel
In the Display panel select the Company, PartNum, PartHeight, PartLength and PartWidth fields
In the Update>General Properties panel choose the 3 dimension fields to be updatable then save the BAQ
In the Update Processing Panel untick the “Advanced BPM Only” checkbox, click on the Business Object button and choose the Part Business Object
Then click OK and the fields to be update should come through at the bottom of the screen
Select the ttPart Table in the list of tables to update and click the regenerate BPM directives button
Save the BAQ and move to the Analyze panel, click Analyze and check there are no errors, then click Get List
Double Click a row in the BAQ and a screen opens up showing the 3 updatable fields amend the data to new values then click ok
The row that has changed will be highlighted in yellow, click the update button and the update will be performed with messages show if there are any errors
